Normal Delivery Information
We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important, especially livefoods. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday via Royal Mail and DPD on a next-day delivery service.
We ship almost all orders on a next-day delivery service. This means Royal Mail or DPD should deliver the day after they collect the parcel from us. Royal Mail and DPD will contact you via email and text to confirm the expected delivery time, while also offering the option to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
DPD are instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place if you don't answer your door. We will not be liable for any loss or theft in these instances.

Please keep in mind that we dont dispatch orders on public/bank holidays, we will therefore dispatch on the next available day.

During bad weather, particularly temperatures dropping below freezing and high temperatures over 30c, we may delay orders to mitigate potential quality issues. We will always keep you updated via email in these situations.
